Technology Consultant for St. Mary of Jesus Crucified Center Group
In October 2024, I was honored to be invited to join the St. Mary of Jesus Crucified Center Group, an initiative dedicated to establishing a religious and library center in honor of St. Mary of Jesus Crucified, a beloved figure from my hometown, I'billin. St. Mary was beatified by Pope St. John Paul II in 1983 and canonized by Pope Francis in 2015.
My role involves establishing and managing the official website:
st-mbawardyibillin.center,Β The website serves as a comprehensive platform to share the life and legacy of St. Mary, the history of the center, and provide updates on events and initiatives

Responsible for monitoring and investigating daily data alerts to identify and assess critical changes. Utilize SQL queries in Snowflake to analyze and trace issues, often reviewing the underlying code of monitoring systems for deeper insights. Escalate critical findings, open and manage tickets in Jira, and collaborate with partners via Salesforce to resolve unclear or complex issues. Compile monthly reports detailing unresolved issues for review and follow-up. Work closely with BI, engineering, and research teams to develop a dynamic issue investigation process, ensuring efficient communication and resolution in partnership with stakeholders.
